Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

Free shipping over $139 does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping costs can vary quite a bit, so please reach out for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 to 4 business days for us to process your order. This gives us time to carefully pick, pack, and prep everything. During busy periods like holidays, it may take a little longer.

  • Dispatch Notification: Once your order ships, you will get an email with tracking information. We try to move orders out quickly, but processing times can stretch a bit during peak seasons.

Terms of Shipment

deadstock primarily ships via UPS. FedEx and USPS may be used as alternate carriers when needed.

Shipments Not Received, Damaged, or Tampered With

We aim for every order to arrive safely, but if something goes wrong, here’s what to do.

  • Notification: If your order does not arrive, please let us know within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: For damaged items, please send photos of the damage along with photos of the original packaging so we can properly assess the issue.

  • Resolution: Once the issue is confirmed, we will either replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund. The choice is yours.

  • Returns: In some cases, we may ask that damaged items be returned. If so, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping when applicable.

  • Exclusions: Items reported outside the timeframes listed above may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Returned Shipments: If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or missing address provided by the customer, original shipping charges are non refundable and re-shipping fees will apply.

  • Refused shipments: If a shipment is refused by the recipient for any reason, original shipping charges are non refundable and re-shipping fees will apply.
